David L. Kachel Memorial Scholarship Program
The David L. Kachel Memorial Scholarship was founded in memory of David Kachel, a lifelong Whitewater resident and founder of D.L.K. Enterprises, Inc., a company that has specialized in housing students for over 60 years. The scholarship is intended to recognize a current D.L.K. Enterprises tenant and UW-Whitewater student who has demonstrated superior commitment to his/her educational experiences at UW-Whitewater. The award is in the form of compensation for cost of housing and will be applied to the Spring 2019 rent obligation in the student's DLK-managed house or apartment.
